The Czech Center Museum Houston offers a marvelous complete set of glasses Collectibles of Kentucky Derby events from 1974 through 2008.
We know Houston and surrounding areas are full of equestrians, note Douglas Britt’s Wednesday, March 31, 2010 article in the Houston Chronicle on the incredible Pin Oak Charity Horse Show benefitting Texas Children’s Hospital and the Ronald McDonald House of Houston.
We hope the appropriate buyer for this collection will come forth to not only help the CCMH complete its much needed third floor, but we will help the Pink Oak Charity as well. I am one of fifteen children of Czech immigrants, all who loved our horses, on the black bottom Brazos River farm land at the end of Westheimer!
