Texas Czechs: Rooted in Tradition
This traveling exhibition will be on display in Pilsen Hall on CCMH's third floor from January 26 - April 25, 2015. Admission is free with museum entry: $6 for adults, $3 for children 6 & under, and free for CCMH Members.
Opening Reception: January 24, 2015, 6:00-8:00pm. Free; RSVP required to attend.

Yale Slavic Chorus Performance

CCMH is thrilled to announce an upcoming performance by the Yale Slavic Chorus, Yale's oldest all-women's vocal ensemble, as part of the group's Houston tour. Join us for this celebration of Slavic music and traditional costumes! Tickets are $10 each.
Czech Food Panel & Eats
Saturday, March 14, 2015, 4-6pm
Hear Czech expats and Texas Czechs discuss the cultural dishes they grew up with, and how time and geography have affected traditional meals. Complimentary sweet Czech foods will be provided by CCMH Members for you to sample!

Annual Members and Friends Dinner

Save the date for the annual spring Members and Friends Dinner, our annual social fundraiser of beautiful music, drinks, dinner and good company!
This year, the renowned Škampa Quartet is coming all the way from the Czech Republic to perform a program of Czech classical music. The Škampa Quartet has been described as "among the very finest of an outstanding group of current Czech string quartets that has represented their country in major Concert Halls around the world for twenty five years," and the Czech Center Museum is honored to be their Houston host. Dinner will follow, and we look forward to a beautiful evening with all of you.
