Collection
Comenius Library provides a wide variety of fiction genres and topical non-fiction coverage appropriate for various reading and developmental levels. CCMH evaluates all items in the library to ensure that the library’s collection reflects and preserves Czech/Slovak literature, cultural identity, and its rich history. The primary criteria used include quality, accuracy, timeliness, social significance, availability, and accessibility.
Book Donations
Book donations are one of the primary sources of preserving Czech/Slovak culture and history. We encourage anyone looking to donate books and/or other materials to our library to contact our staff by phone at (713) 528-2060 or through email at admin@czechcenter.org.
