Assistance for Visitors with Limited Mobility
Visitors with limited mobility are able to use our parking designated for them and may easily access the front gate by using our wheelchair friendly pavement. All public areas of the Museum, including the galleries, the museum's venue and gift shop are wheelchair accessible.
The CCMH has wheelchairs that visitors may check out free of charge with a valid photo ID. The available elevator provides access to all areas of the Museum.
The museum provides 20 free parking spots for museum visitors located around the building.
Visitors with Alzheimer’s or Dementia
Enjoy the CCMH with our supportive and enthusiastic docents
Discover and discuss works of art together with our trained docents. It is a tour designed for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia, with their family members, care partners or senior group.
Our docents are trained for to give tours to large Senior Groups, which shall entertain as well as bring joy and try to bring back old memories.
