On Saturday, December 6, esteemed guests and shoppers galavanted the museum for the Mikuláš Holiday Market! Shoppers were able to peruse ten vendors while holiday festivities commenced, such as the wearing of the Mikulas costume by one of our board members, Father Paul, and music provided by carolers and saxophone and piano musicians. The museum also held a raffle for two items; a Handcrafted Holiday Floral Box and the JUMBO Plush Teddy Bear the museum called “Bearalinka.”
From the 28th of November to the 7th of December, the museum also held the CCMH Annual Online Holiday Fundraising Auction. Some of the hottest packages up for auction were also displayed at the market.
In addition to the market, the third floor of the museum, our Brno Gallery, reopened for the second and last time this year, and visitors and shoppers alike were able to see the improvements to it and the Comenius Library, refreshed with more room and new wood flooring installed!
The CCMH would like to thank the vendors, attendees, volunteers, musicians and carolers, and interns for helping us make Mikuláš Holiday Market and the museum special!
