This February 10, famed chef and cookbook author Evie Harbury visited the Czech Center Museum Houston as a part of her tour through the United States. Not only did she sign copies of her book, My Bohemian Kitchen, for esteemed readers, but she also answered pressing questions and gave a talk about her experiences and her book to a captive audience!
